Camp Group Photo Order

Terms and Conditions

Photo size: 4R (4”x6”)
Photo cost: $8.50 per photo (non-refundable)
Group Photo: Includes only campers from your child’s individual group (not the entire camp).
Photo Session: Taken on the last day during the prize-giving ceremony. Campers who are absent will not be included.
Delivery: Photos will be mailed to your Singapore residential address via tracked letterbox delivery within 3 weeks after the camp ends.
Reprint: If your photo was not received for any reason and we have proof of delivery, you may request a reprint and redelivery at $10 per photo.

Camp Transport (subject to availability)

Camp transport is available at a cost of $65 per camper.
Estimated pick-up timing :

Pick-up : Between 7.15am to 8:30am
Drop-off: Between 6.00pm to 7.30pm

You will be notified of your transport details at a later date nearer to the camp.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) By providing the information above, I hereby consent my child/ward to participate in Raiders Of The Lost Temple. Whilst utmost care will be taken by the organiser, I shall not hold the organiser responsible for any personal injury to my child/ward due to unforeseen circumstances.
2) Camp fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be carried over to the next camp.
3) We do not accept grouping requests for any reason. Campers may not be in their preferred groups.
4) The camp fee does not include items/gifts given during the camp. The organiser will not reserve items/gifts for campers who are not present at the time of distribution.

Personal Data Protection Act
By filling this form, I agree that River Community Church may collect, use and disclose my personal data, as provided in this form, for the processing of this application with all relevant parties in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. I am aware that the organisation may take photographs and videos of children during e-kidz events for publication of promotional materials relating to e-kidz.
