Please submit a photo of your child with his/her face shown clearly.
This photo will help us identify your child when he/she attends e-kidz.
It will also be printed on your e-kidz membership card should your child sign up for it.

Trial Session for Underaged Children

e-kidz sessions are for children aged 6 to 12 years old.
Children aged 4 to 5 may attend e-kidz for a trial session if:
i) Child is independent (Parents are not allowed into e-kidz Centre during the session)
ii) Child is able to articulate his/her needs (e.g. toileting)

Parents will be required to wait outside e-kidz Centre for about 30 minutes into the trial session. We will inform you if your child is adapting well.

I am aware that the organisation may take photographs and videos during e-kidz events for publications of promotional materials relating to e-kidz and associated organisations.
