 CAMP OVERVIEW

Our camp is filled with exciting and engaging activities designed to teach children important moral and character values. Through interactive lessons and creative games, campers learn while having fun. Guided by caring group leaders, children build teamwork and lasting friendships as they bond through shared challenges together. The camp experience concludes with a prize-giving ceremony on the final day.

For safety reasons, parents are not allowed into the meeting hall or camp area. Our trained staff will take care of your child from registration onward.

 GROUPING & AGE

No, we do not accept grouping requests. Due to our camp dynamics, groups are assigned based on age, gender, and other factors to ensure diversity and balance. We appreciate your understanding that camp fees are non-refundable, even if your child is not placed in his/her preferred group.

Our activities are thoughtfully designed to foster strong team bonding and help campers make new friends. All our group leaders are trained to take care of the children and encourage them through lots of affirmation. We’re confident your child will have a fun and fulfilling experience.

Yes, children aged 4 or 5 years old in 2026 (born in 2022 or 2021 respectively) may register for the camp if they are:
• Independent (no parent accompaniment allowed in the campsite);
• Toilet-trained
• Able to express their needs clearly (e.g. toileting).

Please ensure your child wears easy-to-manage clothing and shoes during the camp. You may also contact us at 82237825 to arrange for a trial session at e-kidz before registering, as payment is non-refundable if your child is unable to adapt.

 REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION

Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at 82237825 with your child’s name and your email address.

Camp fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be carried over to the next camp, even if your child cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive a full refund if the camp is cancelled by the organisers.

 DAILY SCHEDULE

Parents with early work or appointments may drop off their children from 7:00am onwards. Children are welcome to bring a book or pack a light breakfast (e.g. bread, biscuits) to eat while they wait. We encourage all children to be registered by 8:40am so that they can take part in our pre-camp activities.

Children on camp transport and independent dismissal will be released first. Parent pick-up begins at approximately 6.00pm. Please pick your child from 6.00pm to latest 7.00pm as the campsite will close after that.

Alternatively, if your child is independent, you may select “independent dismissal” on the registration form. Please note that these children will leave the campsite on their own, and we will not be responsible for them once dismissed or escort them to siblings, cousins, or friends.

 LATE ARRIVAL & EARLY DISMISSAL

The latest arrival time for the camp is 1.30pm. We will not admit children who come after 1.30pm.

Yes, early dismissal is allowed strictly at 1.30pm only. This is to ensure we manage the process safely and with minimal disruption to the camp programme.

For the safety and security of all campers, we have a fixed latest arrival and early dismissal window.
This helps us:
• Avoid movement during peak activity times
• Ensure all children are accounted for
• Coordinate handovers in a safe and structured manner

An email will be sent to parents about 1 week before camp starts. There will be a link attached for parents to submit request for 1.30pm early dismissal.

Note:
Prizes and gifts (such as T-shirts and toys) will only be distributed to children who are present at the time of distribution. We will not reserve items or arrange for alternative collection through friends or siblings. Our camp fee does not include items given during the camp.
